Nox Power Rep Text Messaging Program

Who it's for

This program is for independent sales representatives working with Nox Power LLC who opt in to text messages during rep onboarding.

Message types

  • Sales competition updates: scoring, leaderboards, prize alerts, and registration
  • Lead and account notifications
  • Training and event reminders, including links and post-event surveys

This is a two-way program. Reps can reply to messages.

How consent is collected

During rep onboarding, the representative enters their mobile number and checks an unchecked SMS consent box. The box is never pre-checked. Consent is not a condition of joining.

Consent text shown at opt-in:

"I agree to receive recurring text messages from Nox Power LLC at the number provided, including competition updates, lead and account notifications, and training/event reminders. Consent is not a condition of joining. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out."
